Whether your client is aging out of foster care, transitioning from incarceration, in recovery, or unhoused, we are here to provide a safe, structured environment that promotes growth and independence.

Referral Guidelines

To ensure we can serve your client effectively, please review the following before submitting a referral:

Clients must be 18 years or older
Must be willing to live in a structured, drug- and alcohol-free environment
Must have a stable source of income (SSI, SSDI, employment, private pay, or payee)
Should be motivated for change and able to follow basic house rules
Must not pose a danger to self or others
